The Lake View Motel is located on Rt. 17 on the north side of Crescent City. Our motel has spacious, clean, smoking and non-smoking rooms, 2 efficiencies, A/C, cable television, telephones, coin opperated washer and dryer, as well as handicap facilities.

We provide fresh brewed coffee from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. A large screened room area with a lake breeze, provides a place for you to view the sunrise, enjoy your coffee, play cards, or relax with the family and friends.

All rooms are ground and level with parking in front of your room. We are well-lit, well-maintained, and we are on the premises 24 hours a day.

The Lake View Motel is located near the beautiful St. John's River, providing access to what is considered by most to be the best bass fishing spot in the southern United States. We are also perfectly located between all of the most popular attractions from the Daytona Speedway in near Daytona Beach to St. Augustine, Universal Studios, Sea World and Walt Disney World in Orlando / Kissimmee. There is something for every member of the family from shopping, sports, entertainment and museums all around us.

Holiday, Special Events Weekend, Long Weekends and peak season rates may vary.Cancellations for these days must be done 4 days prior to check in. Please call for current rates.
